Type 3s and their drive is something else! But what happens when you need a break from all that achieving? I’m guessing even 3s need downtime. How do you balance the ambition with some well-needed rest?

Anyone else just get into the Enneagram and find yourself totally overwhelmed? I’m trying to figure out if I’m a Type 2 or 3 and it’s kinda confusing. How do you use this stuff to actually improve yourself and not just overthink everything?

Exploring Type 2 here and really connecting with the helping aspect. But, also, how do you set boundaries? I find myself stretched thin a lot. Would love to hear how others manage their energy and still fulfill their need to help.

Started reading about Type 5s and their need for knowledge. I get that, but also, doesn’t it get lonely? How do you balance the quest for understanding with maintaining relationships? Feels like a fine line between curiosity and isolation.

Totally new here and kind of identify with Type 9, but also, how do you not just become super passive? Like, I get the peace thing, but I also wanna make sure I’m heard. It’s a tricky balance, isn’t it? Any advice on being more assertive?

Type 3s, how do you do it? The whole achieving thing is impressive, but isn’t it also super stressful? Trying to figure out if there’s a way to be ambitious without the burnout. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Alright, diving into the Type 2 pool and it’s warm with all the helping and caring. But, seriously, how do you keep from burning out? There’s got to be a way to take care of others and yourself, right?

Just getting to grips with being a Type 1 and this whole ideal of striving for perfection. It’s exhausting, isn’t it? How do other 1s practice letting go and accepting imperfections, both in themselves and the world?

Hey, just found out I might be a Type 6 and it’s a bit of a relief to understand why I worry so much. But now, I’m wondering how to use that knowledge for something good instead of just stressing out. How do 6s grow from here?

Just starting on this Enneagram journey and it’s wild. I relate a lot to Type 7 but also see bits of Type 6 in me. Does anyone else feel like a mix of types? How do you apply it to your life for personal growth?
