One thing that's helped me is scheduling "me time" just like I would any other important appointment. 🕒 Setting boundaries and reminding myself that self-care is essential to being there for others has made a huge difference. For other types: - Type Threes 🏅, I've seen friends struggle with overexerting themselves. Sustainable goals and rest days are crucial! - Type Nines 🌿, staying motivated can indeed be a challenge. Creating small, enjoyable routines and using accountability buddies might help keep the momentum going.
