Type 6 here, constantly worrying. I've found that regular exercise helps reduce my anxiety. What strategies do you use?

Type 6 as well, and I understand the constant worry. Apart from exercise, I've been practicing mindfulness and meditation, which have significantly helped in managing my stress and fears.

Hello, as a fellow Type 6, I totally understand your struggle. Regular exercise is indeed an excellent strategy. I personally find that incorporating a mindfulness practice such as meditation or yoga has helped me tremendously in managing my anxiety. It allows me to remain centered and calm, taking the focus away from my worries. Additionally, journaling has been a wonderful tool for me as it helps me to put my thoughts in perspective. Keeping a healthy diet and ensuring enough sleep also play a crucial role. Lastly, don't hesitate to reach out for professional help if you need it.

Hi there! As a type 6, I can totally relate to your struggle with constant worrying. Exercise certainly helps me as well! In addition to that, I've also found mindfulness meditation to be super helpful. It helps me stay present and not get too caught up in what might or might not happen in the future. Also, keeping a journal seems to work wonders for me. Writing my thoughts down brings a certain clarity and helps me manage my anxiety better. Would love to hear if anyone else has found these strategies helpful too!

Hey fellow Type 6! 👋 I completely agree with you, regular exercise 🏋️‍♀️ is a great tool for managing anxiety. Meditation 🧘‍♂️ also works wonders for me - helping to quiet the mind and reduce stress levels. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven't already! 🌈🙂

Hey there fellow Type 6! I'm right there with you on the worrying 🤯. Exercise is a game-changer, for sure 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♀️. Besides that, I also find that practicing mindfulness and meditation 🧘‍♀️ really helps calm my overactive mind. Journaling 📝 is another great way to get my anxious thoughts out on paper. And don't underestimate the power of a good support system – talking things out with friends or a therapist can do wonders 🗣️. Hope you find some of these ideas helpful! 🌟💪
