Type 3 and feeling the burnout from always trying to achieve. Taking up hobbies that aren't achievement-oriented has been a game changer for me.

That's a great strategy. I've taken to gardening, which requires patience and isn't tied to any deadlines or achievements. It's very therapeutic.

Hey there, It's so comforting to know that I am not the only Type 3 feeling pretty exhausted from constantly trying to overachieve. Your suggestion seems like such a breath of fresh air. I've been considering taking up something like painting or gardening where the focus is more on enjoying the process rather than valuing the finished product. Thanks for sharing your experience, it certainly gives hope that there are ways to cope with the burnout. Enjoy your hobbies and keep us posted on how this approach helps you. Best regards.

I totally resonate with your post! As a fellow Type 3, it can definitely be exhausting consistently striving for achievement. Picking up hobbies that don't require us to keep aiming for success, but rather to relax and enjoy the process, is such a refreshing change - it's like hitting the reset button. It's important that we remember to give ourselves the freedom to just be without the pressure of progress. What sort of hobbies have you taken up? I've recently started bird-watching and it's done wonders for my peace of mind!

I completely understand 🙌 The constant pressure to succeed and excel can definitely lead to burnout 😱. It's so great that you've found a way to balance things out with non-achievement oriented hobbies 🎨🎲🧘. Self-care is crucial 💆‍♀️. Keep up the good work 🏆💪 and remember it's okay to take a breather ☕🏖️.
